Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Object Removal Magic Eraser app (“Magic Eraser” or “the app”) and this website. The app is provided by Salah eddine Eddamouh (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app or its AI services.

2. Subscriptions and payments

• The app is free to download. Some features require Magic Eraser Premium, an auto-renewable subscription offered weekly, monthly or yearly. The title, length and price of each plan are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless we notified you of a change.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Use “Restore Purchases” in the app to restore an active subscription on a new device.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you edit. You give us a limited license to process your photos only to provide the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you edit and share.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Edit photos you don’t own or have permission to edit, or remove watermarks or copyright notices from others’ work.
• Create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment or hate.
• Create deceptive content intended to defraud, impersonate or mislead others, including fake documents or evidence.
• Overload, attack or attempt unauthorized access to our services.

AI requests may be refused by our providers’ safety systems. We may suspend access for violations.

5. AI results

Results are generated by AI and may be imperfect, vary between attempts, or reconstruct details that weren’t in the original. Review results before relying on or sharing them.

6. Disclaimer

The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. Magic Eraser is not affiliated with Apple or Google.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it and canceling any subscription.
